Thirteen bookcases as stations; every passenger is a real book trying to get home to its shelf.← Bookshelf
Terminus
Drag from one station to another to open a line (up to six). Trains shuttle along each line, carrying six books at a time, and books change trains at shared stations to reach the bookcase where they live. Drag a line's end tab to extend it, drag a segment onto a station to insert a stop, or use the chips in the sidebar to drop stops and delete lines.
A station with more than eight books waiting starts to overcrowd; if the red ring closes, the service is suspended. Every Sunday night you pick an upgrade: another train, a tunnel under the river that divides the Japanese cases from the English ones, a bigger carriage, or an interchange that holds fourteen books. New line colours unlock weekly.

The seeded shuffle means the same date gives the same sequence of books. Reduced-motion settings turn off the flourishes; the trains still have to move. Typeface: Hammersmith One and Cabin, both in the Johnston tradition.
